Ferdinand Hayden compared Unaweep Canyon to Yosemite. It is easy to see why. We drive the Unaweep-Tabeguache Scenic Byway to Gateway Canyons Resort and share stories ranging from horse thieves to ghost towns to testing for atomic blasts. Once at the Gateway Canyon Resort, we will eat at the Paradox Café and then tour the Gateway Auto Museum, one of the world’s primer collections of American automobiles.
