🎨 About the Exhibition
As The Art Center continues its mission of education, preservation, and exhibitions of art in the Grand Valley, its volunteer-run Permanent Collection Committee has enriched our community through exhibits from our growing permanent collection. These dedicated people devote many hours to researching artwork within the collection to ensure accurate information is presented to the viewer. As a nonprofit organization, we are honored to have such a positive and selfless group of volunteers whose only reward is often the public reception of its efforts.
The Art Center is pleased to have the opportunity to present new acquisitions by artists such as Jac Kephart, Ruth G. Moss, Jim Clements and many more. We are excited to highlight much of the artwork which was donated by Pat and Tillie Bishop. The Bishops were avid lifelong art collectors and supporters of many artists. We are honored to hold artwork from the Bishop Collection in our permanent collection.
