The Rockies West National Watercolor Exhibition will be on display at The art Center from March 7 through April 4. Join us for the reception and awards presentation on Friday, March 7, at 6:30 PM in Studio Colorado at The Art Center.

This exhibit will showcase a wide range of water media painting styles and techniques. Seasoned professionals and emerging talents from across the United States will present their colorful and diverse subject matter, while sharing their dedication and passion for the medium. The juror for this year's exhibition, Iain Stewart, a Signature Member of the American and National Watercolor Societies, will also conduct a three-day workshop in conjunction with the watercolor exhibit. Stewart's work is lively and gestural. He states, "Learn how to let go of the fear of ruining a painting and take true joy in your work. We will cover design, drawing, and painting skills and find an understandable way to put it all together."
