🛒 Public Sale Hours: Saturday, November 22, 9:00 am–4:00 pm; Sunday, November 23, 10:00 am–3:00 pm
📦 Check-Out: Sunday, November 23, 3:30 pm–5:00 pm

✅ Eligibility

This is a juried fair open to artists selling their handmade items. Manufactured, mass-produced, or commercial items are not allowed. Work must match images submitted.

🛋️ Booth Space & Setup

Booth: 8’ × 6’. One table and two chairs provided upon request.
Bring your own tape, tools, nails, extension cords, power strips, and extra lighting.
Stay within your booth footprint; displays must not impose on neighboring booths.
General lighting only; vendors should bring booth lighting. Power available on request.
Booths may not be dismantled before 3:00 pm on Sunday.

📝 How to Apply

Complete the application (fillable PDF below) — fill digitally to email, or print and mail.
Submit up to four images of your work (.jpg, ≤ 3 MB each) labeled LastName_FirstName_Title.
Send via flash drive, CD, or links (WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive).
💵 Jury Fee: $15 (non-refundable). Pay by check or by phone at 970-243-7337x2.
💰 Booth Fee: $100 (processed only upon acceptance; non-refundable after acceptance).
Booth requests first-come, first-served; assignments at The Art Center’s discretion.

💲 Sales, Commission & Taxes

Vendors remit 15% of gross receipts by 5:00 pm Sunday. Vendors are responsible for insurance and taxes, collecting 8.66% sales tax and remitting to the Colorado Department of Revenue. Each vendor must have their own sales tax license.
