ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
This year the Western Colorado Writers Forum is hosting a virtual art exhibition featuring Western Colorado artists. A small selection of works submitted will be juried and placed on display at The Art Center in the Atrium Gallery during the month of August.

All artworks address topics that have been discussed in Community Connection Conversations over the last five months: The American Dream, Ageing and Ageism, Belonging, Hope, Perception, and Authenticity.

The goal of the exhibit is to create a community where people of all persuasions can come together in the spirit of art and learn/ celebrate with each other. We hope the virtual exhibit will encourage us to See Each Other, Hear Each Other and Talk to Each Other.

IMPORTANT DATES

• July 26: Submission deadline for virtual exhibition
• August 1, 10am-2pm: Drop-off for selected works from jury process
• August 4, 6:30-9pm: First Friday Opening Reception
• August 26, 10am-2pm: Pick-up for hand-delivered artwork
